How to customize matrix options acording to user need

Suppose For house hold survey, we tried to collect ‘name’, ‘age’,education’, gender of one family. As we dont know the name before survey and also we dont know the number of member in family. I need support to create dynamic interface, so that name can be added dynamic and their corresponding entries can be made.

In your scenario, i would advise you to use the repeat_group instead of the matrix question type. Would you mind having a look at our support article Grouping Questions and Repeating Groups it should solve your issue.
