How to select by defaut the first item of an select_one field

Hi,
How can I select by defaut the first item of a choices list in a select_one field (I don’t know the ‘name’ of this item)…it seems easy…but I’m blocked

But it’s work only when we know the name of the defaut choice we want…
It doesn’t work when the ‘name’ is not 1…for example with dynamic list of choices (ie. external csv file)…
