How to store forms *only* locally? (ie, into Android Box folder)

Hi all,

Running into some institutional HIPAA data security issues.

Is it possible to set up Kobo Collect so completed forms are saved to local tablet locations, without upload to the Kobo (AWS) servers?

@alover, the data stores locally on phone by default on /kobocollect/form folder as .xml files.
