Sorry, this feature is not available with KoBoToolbox at the moment.

If I understood you correctly you intend to upload back onto the server data that you had previously collected and is now in excel. If that is the case, we do not have a direct inbuilt approach to doing this. However, we do have workarounds such as the ones explained in the discussions below.
