Only after great confusion have my team realised that we can’t share forms etc because some have usernames registered under humanitarianresponse.info and some have usernames registered under kobotoolbox.org.
Can you write an article explaining the difference so that new users understand? It could possibly explain what can and cannot be shared between the types of accounts?
It is not clear if we as a development focused organisation should be using one or the other. It seems people signed up randomly depending on how they found the websites.
