No, I have not used any other server. I am using humanitarian OCHA server.

Hi @sangli, unfortunately this will happen when the number of submissions in a project gets very high and the request times out. You will need to download your data and analyse it outside of the platform :+1: Can you please send a screenshot of the downloads page if the exports are failing.
