Hi Good people,
I am not able to download data in XLS file, it says export failed, can you kindly help. Could it be the server is down.

Hi Kal_Lam, thank you for your response. i did redeploy when i was working on the project. my problem is the data is in the system with all the submission but cant download or report. what can i do to retrieve the data on to other statistical software (Excel, SPSS…) if you can kindly help

OK, could you also share with the community a screenshot of the issue you are having? Would you also let us know if you had edited your repeat group questions form your survey project?

In the beginning of the project there were repeat counts. But we have modified the questionnaire to remove them. Also we delete the original project in the server and create a new one.

Despite all these efforts the error persists.

Hi @Franckmes
Which server is your project located on? Could you also run console (Ctrl+Shift+J) before doing this process to see what errors you are having
