Hi @Kal_Lam - I’m having the same issue outlined above but followed all the guidance and it works with some people in my team and not others. We are all on the same serve (EU) and
with some colleagues, sharing and finding each other is no problem, and with others it keeps saying ‘user not found’ and I can’t grant permissions. Any wisdom on what is going on here and how we can solve it? thank you
