I have tried to reset my password 3times but when i input the reset password to login it says “Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive”
Kindly assist

Can you tell which server are you using, and check if you’ve created the username in the server you’re trying to login?

@Amazing, kindly be informed that there are two publicly available servers (the non-humanitarian server, and the humanitarian server) for KoboToolbox. If you have an account on one of the servers and try to open your account through the link for the other server, you cannot log in. Thus you must log in with the correct link.
