Hi Kal, it’s a pleasure to greet you, and I’m contacting you because I need help. I have a project in KoboCollect where a photo is captured. It was working fine, but after I made a change in the XLSForm to the location of the image question, the captured image no longer appears when I download the data. I’ve also tried exporting the multimedia, but it doesn’t show up there either. How can I recover it?

Aquí te envío unas imágenes del problema.
En la primera imagen tengo el registro de las encuestas donde si se nombra el archivo de la foto “Foto de la Placa”.
En la segunda imagen, visualizo la encuesta y no muestra la foto.
Igualmente, cuando descargo los archivos multimedia muchos de las encuestas no tienen la foto adjunta, solo el nombre.
