can you elaborate how i can verify the servers on each account and where i might be going wrong, or what settings i need to change because i have tried to go to “manage permissions article” and change permissions but no solution so far
Welcome to the community, @mzumaray! Would you mind checking if your user accounts for those accounts are active? Sometimes, you may have just created the account and tried to share a project with the user account without actually activating them.
