I have been trying to “add users” for sharing permission of a deployed file with other users and it says ”users not found” for all active users.
Welcome to the community, @bidhankobo! Kindly please be informed that you will only be able to share your projects with other users if that user and your account are registered under the same server. If your account is registered under the Global Server then you will only be able to share your project with your colleagues’ user account if his/her account is registered under the Global Server. Same case with the EU Server. But if you try to share your project from the Global Server to the EU or vise-versa then the system would not support that.
