@segadu78, my first question here would be, did you validate your XLSForm through the online validator to see if there are any syntax issues?
Thank you @Kal_Lam. The survey works very well. In stead, the error appears when a enumerator tried to use the “Child survey” with an identification number that was repeated in the “Parent survey”.
