Hello,
I was editing my form and after updating it, suddenly the media stopped loading. Even changing the form 10 different times before, this has never happened.
The message showed is the one below:

Could you go to your gallery and trace the media file on your phone and then try opening it using your default media viewer. If it does not load then this has something to do with the format. I would recommend that if this is the case then change the media format to something like JPEG or BITMAP and see if this resolves your issue.
