Is it possible to have a compound relevance

How can I have a compound relevant syntax that only allows e.g. the previous question had multiple choice A, B, and C. And now I need the relevance to only apply to only choices B&C and not A

Hello, thanks for reaching out, though through the previous forums i managed to get the solution of having respondents answering based on their previous question of choices.
