Is Kobotoolbox free?

Dear all,

I intend to do data collection of around 680 observations. I do not have money to pay for the server.Please let me know if Kobotool box is free for use. Thanks

Yes, KoBo Toolbox is open source and, at least for a data collection of that size, free.
