Is there a Note data type in KoboForm?

Certain parts of the survey are just informational (or explaining what’s to come next) screens…no input necessary and no data needed to be saved.
How would I do that without using a text field that wants to store data? I think droidSURVEY had a note data type for just this purpose.

DataMax,

What you want is a Trigger question. You will see these in KoBoForm in the Add Question menu with all the other question types. The user will see a block of text (instructions or a consent document or whatever) and at the bottom an OK button that the user can click to acknowledge having read it before moving on to the next question. No other input is necessary. It does put a node in your database, into which is entered a 0 or 1 to show if the user clicked the trigger. You can make the Trigger required or not depending on if you want them to be able to slide right past it or if you want to require them to at least scroll to the bottom of the text and click the trigger.
