Is there possibility that sharing some ids to another form database?

Dear @Kal_Lam,

Is there possibility that sharing some ids to another form database.
Example, there is a question in project one and asking to people “Would you like to be called back?” if answer is yes then i want to share this form answer (like name, phone number etc.) with project two.
