Issue when downloading photos

Hi evrybody!

I encounter a problem when I try dowloading pictures from a data collection set.

The error message is as follow: “failed - problem with the server”

“# Parameter “url” must be a string, not undefined”

Did anybody ever met this kind of issue?

Just some few points for clarification

Could you confirm which server are you on:HHI or OCHA?
Could you confirm if this is a problem you are experiencing with all the projects or this is localized to only one project.

Sorry but I really don’t understand your question and where to find such an information.

The problem is encountered with all my projects.

Hi!

I’ve finally found a solution to download photos.

Select the data tab from a project then Donwloads menu on the left side and choose media file “ZIP” in the matchcode then click on “new export”

The file contains all the medias
