I have more than one open form in my KoboToolbox account. When field staff enter my account to download the form they see all the open ones. Can I restrict what forms are seen by who?

If not is having more than one account allowed - efficient - desirable?

Hi Ibrahim,

If you need different people on your team to have access to different data collection projects, the best way is to set up different accounts for each individual or each group of users, and then share the project with them using the ‘Can submit to’ option. See this article for details on how to set that up.
