3 of my team members on the field are experiencing this error.
Error: Generic Exception: Error: Form not active
They have been unable to submit data collected so far.
Please help to troubleshoot this.

@ife, is this an issue with only 3 of your team members? Are other team members able to submit the data without any issue?
Yes. This is only happening to only 3 members of the team.
OK, could you check the server settings of the KoboCollect apps from these devices to see if they are OK? Maybe you could also share a screenshot with the community if you wish. Or, you could send me a screenshot of the same through a private message (if you are uncomfortable sharing it in public).
