Kobo data table not getting loaded and showing error

Hii, when i open data table of any project, it takes long time to load and then shows an error message there. Also i am getting problem while downloading my entries from kobo, it takes long time to just process the data in order to download it. It is not internet problem, as other websites are loaded easily. I have attached photos for that which will give more clarity about the problem.

@Kal_Lam Sometimes i get this error and not on other times.

Yes, you get this error when the server load is high. Our system however optimizes it automatically and solve this issue.

Welcome to the community, @nmpofu! Would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of your issue? Would also appreciate it if you could let us know the server you are using.

It loads now but when new submissions are made it opens a blank page. I was able to download data though. I guess I was supposed to be patient, but time was not on my side.
