Dear all,
I face the issue while trying to update the KOBOform. It doesn’t allow me to save the form in builder and doesn’t update it via uploaditg XLSform. Here is the message:
“KobocatDeploymentException: HTTPConnectionPool(host=‘kc.kobotoolbox.internal’, port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/v1/forms/1094003 (Caused by NewConnectionError(‘<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7efe939da080>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known’))”
Would you be so kind to let me know how can I fix it?
