The automatic report function in kobo has not been working for me in the last 4 days. When I select report in the data menu, it starts this endless process of loading. The other functions - download, tables etc work ok. I really do need urgent help.

Hello Chi,
We had a outage of one of our reports databases on the kobo server (https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/) today which prevented that particular report view from loading for any users. We have fixed the problem. Thank you for notifying us about the outage.
