Kobo Upgrade_Professional Plan Payment

Hi Everyone,
Is it possible that Kobo issue a receipt with the Kobo account name?
I upgraded my organization’s account to professional, but the invoice and the receipt issued hasn’t any information related to the kobo account I upgraded.
