Hello everyone,
We have been using KoboToolbox for several years to conduct surveys in Cuba (you can see some of the resulting reports at derechossocialescuba.com).
Over time, we encountered a number of practical challenges related to managing field survey teams and working with KoboToolbox data on the ground. Recently, with the help of AI, I developed an open-source application that aims to address several of these issues.
I would like to share it with the community in case others find it useful. A live demo is available at kobomanager.org, and the source code is published on GitHub ( GitHub - cubakumori/kobomanager: An intermediate layer between KoboToolbox accounts and a small group of users, letting them view, edit and validate submissions without needing a KoboToolbox account · GitHub ).
If you decide to try it, I would greatly appreciate any feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or reports of issues. It would be especially interesting to know whether it helps with similar workflows in other countries and contexts.

Hi! I have updated KoboManager to v1.6.0. In addition to some tweaks and new features (such as defining “teams” and viewing statistics specific to them, for example), I have added a release file, kobomanager-1.6.0.zip, to make it easier to install the app.
