I’m having trouble with select_one questions in my matrix, where the choices keep double / triple itself in the loading form, as below:
However, in the “choice” list in my XLSForm, there are only 4 options:
Can anyone have the same problem and guide me to fix it?

Welcome to the community, @cin_hn! Would you mind downloading your XLSForm and then making another project with the downloaded XLSForm by uploading it as a new project to see if that works?

I downloaded the XLSForm, and found out that the selection choices somehow was duplicated in the “choices” tab. By deleting the duplicate, the form is normal
