I accessed my Kobo web to edit the form today, but I was not able to access it at first and was requested to change my password. I was able to change my password and was shocked because the form that I have worked on has been deleted, both deployed and archived. I did not delete any form and would like to ask if you have encountered the same. Are there any ways to check the history? Thank you.
As a follow-up, if the form has been deleted, is there a way to recover or restore it? I tested the form through ee.kobotoolbox.org link by submitting a response successfully. Could anyone also clarify where the submitted data are currently stored and whether they can still be accessed or retrieved?

From what you mentioned earlier, it seems someone else may have archived or deleted the form before your password was changed.
