KPI cascading : How to update cascading of deployed form.

Hello,

To reproduce the issue follow below steps

  1. Create a form with cascading (state, county and city) and deploy the form, it works fine.

  2. Now I want to add new state, county and city in same form.

How can I add city state and slum with cascading ?
