limit to number of forms

Hi all,

We are starting a pilot with mobile data collection soon and I was wondering if there is a limit to the number of forms that can be stored on the app and send to the dashboard. On the site I do not find any information on paid services but I might have overlooked it?

Hi Hanneke,
There is no limit to the number of forms or submitted instances that can be stored in the app. You can collect any number of submissions offline and then upload them when you’re back in connectivity. There are no paid services - all parts of KoBoToolbox are free.
