Loading and submission problems

I am contacting because I am facing a problem with a form. Specifically, I either receive a loading error with a message “Record not present. It may have expired”. Either, when the form opens normally, I cannot make new submissions. The message I get in this case is “Submission failed Data server did not accept data.
Contact the survey administrator please. (400)

I have cleared the cashe, I have tried another browser and I validate the form trough ODK, I made all the corrections to the xls form and uploaded again but nothing resolved the issue.

Can you support me to find the reason of the problem?

Thank you for replying. I’ve tried to open the specific form through mobile but happens the same.

@askoutari, what when you try it in your PC?

Yes, different users tried to access it though web but no-one could proceed with new submissions. Last time we tried was today morning.

@askoutari, would you mind sharing the following information through a private message so that I could have a closer look at your case:

  • Username
  • Project name
  • Server
  • _id for those submissions that has this issue
