J’ai rencontré problème mais je n’arrive pas à trouver la solution.

Quand je suis allé sur le lien XLSForm Online v2.x, j 'ai eu cette image ci:

@ulharry, there was a Unicode issue in row 10 of the survey tab. I fixed it and it and your xlsform should now work as expected.
