Loading Error when using Enketo Webforms (iOS)

Hi,

I successfully created a data collection form and shared via email to launch on my iphone. However, every time the form loads on my device I keep getting the following error

"Undefined is not an object (‘evaluating n.resources’)

I am attaching a screen shot for reference.

Also, the form is not made available for offline data collection. I am not sure if the above error is what prevents it from being so. Kindly help
