This is ATIK , from Banfgladesh working on Livestock and dairy development project.
we started a survey in 8 different region in 8 userid and password . Last 4 days it was working well. But today 3 kobotoolbox account not working .its mainly login problem and fill up survey from not send from mobile device. what can i do now ?

Its very urgent . our survey work stop for this problem

Welcome to the community @atikul! Are you still having login issues with the 3 accounts? If yes, please let us know the server you are using (i.e. OCHA or HHI). Would also be helpful if you could share with us a screenshot of the issue so that we could have a clue of what might be wrong at your end.
