Unable to replicate problem on my side. This problem seems coming from your end rather than KoBo side.
You can use possible solutions:
- Trying another browser to see if problem still exists.
- Clearing the cache of your browser. Download XLS and logout buttons are not responding - #6 by Kal_Lam
- Performing a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 for Windows, Shift + Command + R for MAC) in your browser.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling your browser. Unable to log out of my user account - #15 by truongnguyen
