Hello, 2 of my surveyors have had issues with their app. After they had collected the data, they said the surveys disappeared from their phones when they turned the mobile data on and the airplane mode off. It happened to 2 distinct people using 2 different phones in different locations, 2 weeks apart. Thanks
Welcome back to the community, @tiana_anjara! You will also need to check the data on the server. It seems like once they turned on the mobile data, the submissions must have synced with the server. This could be the case when the app is configured to Auto send ON
that can be configured under the SETTINGS>Form management.
