My server was saturated at the time of collection. However, I made approximately 180 collections, but on the humanitarian server, I see 115.
I’ve updated the server to increase capacity but I can’t see the data being transmitted. Can you help me?

or did you use Enketo
for this?
I use collect Adroid App.
@cherifmad, could you also check your app to see if there are pending submissions still stuck?
all submissions have been sent. at the time of sending the server was saturated and I was asked to make a plan update. except that I made the update and I see that some records were not transmitted to the server
@cherifmad, kindly please be informed that the system will not block your submissions for not updating to a paid plan. Our team monitors the total number of submissions and reaches out in person regarding the upgrade.
Could you also check your app to see if it was reset before making data collections? Sometimes, the counter may not have been reset in the app which will give you a wrong recording of the submissions you collected for the project.
It’s always advised to reset the counter before collecting data for a new project. This should give you and your team the precise picture of the total number of submissions collected by each team member.
