I registered and set up an account yesterday. I developed a survey and saved it. However, when I went to access it today I am getting a message that there is no account. Have I lost everything? How can I find the work that was saved. I am nervous to set up the account again and have the same thing happen.
Welcome to the community, @svg_socialprotection! Just so you know, there are two servers (non-humanitarian server and humanitarian server) for KoboToolbox. If you have an account on one of the servers and try to log in to your account through the link for the other server, you cannot log in. So you’ll need to log in with the right link.
