I am having a serious issue here. Recently, we completed one survey and the data were already submitted and I used to look for those data submitted and they were there. However, a few weeks later, I checked again and those data are now gone from my project. Not only this survey, but all the data of the other survey were also gone from my project. In short, my project now is blank.
Could you please help support on this!!! I really need your support here.

Sorry for the undue stress but please be assured that your data is safe.
This is most likely because of a display issue we were experiencing which caused the form list to appear to be empty. The server has stayed up and has been receiving submissions without downtime.
Please email me directly (alex....@kobotoolbox.org) if you are still experiencing any issues and we’ll help if there are any remaining issues.
