In my organization we handle several forms for different purposes but they all coincide in the ID section (for example, sector, municipality, name of the school school).
Is there a way to link the instruments and thus ensure that when adding a data in the ID form it is updated in all other forms?

En mi organización manejamos varios formularios para distintos fines pero todos coinciden en la sección de ID (por ejemplo; sector, municipio, nombre de la escuela escuela).
¿Hay una forma vincular los instrumentos y así aseguramos que al momento de agregar un dato en el formulario ID se actualiza en todos los demás formularios?
