Many people have surveys “stuck” in their drafts

Hi all,
I have been using KoboToolbox for a while now, where I spread a big survey throughout a whole country. However, I know for a fact that more people have filled in the survey than the actual entries that are in Kobo.
My thought is that many people have surveys “stuck” in their drafts. However, it is not possible for me to contact these people since I do not know who they are. Is there any way I can control this or make sure it cannot happen?

Thanks!

Welcome to the community, @Nynke! As a project owner you are still not able to control the submissions that are pending in the respondents browser. Maybe you could have an instruction to the survey form saying that they should not close the browser before it is submitted to the server. They could only close it once they see the confirmation (submitted to the server).
