yesterday I noticed that the forms that were in my drafts have all disappeared. they have been replaced by a form called “untitled”

Welcome to the community! If you have drafted your survey project but failed to save it you may lose all the work that you have done so far. Hence, it is strongly recommended to save your draft project before you sign out from KoBoToolbox.
