The surveyor should take data in their kobo app. But in that case, I have to key in my kobo account id and password in the app. I don’t feel it is safe to share id and PWD in the surveyor’s mobile app.
Is there any other way to do it.Please guide
@rahul_521, you could always create an enumerator’s account, share the survey project as outlined in the support article Managing Permissions from the admin account to the enumerators account and then share the credentials of the enumerator’s account. Maybe that should be safe.
