I have an issue with downloading the blank form. My enumerator cannot download the blank form of the project. It has 28 csv files. after downloading 15 or 16 it shows “download failed”.
In the “show details”, it shows the message " a disk error occurred on device while downloading this form. if you keep having this problem, report the person who asked you to collect data". Four days have passed, and some enumerators still cannot collect the data. It is very urgent. Please help. Also please share how to send personal messages to you. Please response quickly
Welcome to the community, @svrs.bbs! Is this an issue with a single device, or is it an issue with other devices too? Have you tried downloading it to your device to see if you can get blank forms there?

Thanks for your quick response. It was an issue for many enumerators as I have 2012 enumerators. For a quick solution, I had to create a new project with the same form. Now enumerators can download both projects. So, I want to know what was the problem.
