URGENT: I am now collecting data on my survey. Today I went in to modify the instrument and noticed an unnamed language appeared in my list of languages. it was saying it can’t preview with that unnamed language which i did not add. i removed the language and when i did, the English version (default) of the survey disappeared. the Spanish version is still intact. the structure of the English is there but no text. i cannot preview the English. it gives this error, “Unexpected Application Error!
Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘toLowerCase’)
i cloned an older version of the survey and removed the added language feature. it started doing the same thing. Unnamed language. Not allowing me to enter with that language. if i remove it, i fear it will also remove the text
@marnix76, it appears that while you were editing your survey form, you encountered an error message related to an unnamed language. Although you didn’t intentionally add any languages to the form, this error still appeared. Consequently, when you attempted to remove the unnamed language, your default English version disappeared as well. Is that correct? Please feel free to clarify if I misunderstood any part of your experience or the steps you took that led to this issue. Additionally, could you let me know which server you are using? This information will assist me in troubleshooting your issue more effectively.
this is correct. i had gone previously into the english default form to remove and add a question. i saved and went back out to redeploy. when trying to redeploy it gave me an error that it could not because it had that unnamed language. which i then proceeded to delete and you know the rest
no. i had completed translation and had fully deployed with both languages which was working fine. what changed was that the next day, i went to modify a question (i deleted a question and added one similar but with different rule: text vs number). i did it in the english version thinking i would then do it in spanish after
@marnix76, could you share with me the exact steps you performed so that I could also reproduce it at my end? Have you tried reproducing it? Were you successful in reproducing the issue? That would be helpful for us to investigate the issue further and identify what is wrong here.
I’m not sure what else i can detail here. i have shared all the steps i took. as far as replicating it, i cloned an older version of the survey which i shared in the screenshot above, and it did the same thing. the clone included both languages. i deleted that cloned version, and i did it again, i clone the same version again but this time, i immediatley removed the spanish language option from the clone and left only the english version and so far that seems to be holding up. this tells me the error is with the addition of a new language. pls note that for the clone, i made no changes to any questions which i had done on the original one

last night, i came in to modify a question. added a question and removed one.
Saved and went to deploy. i did not make the same changes in spanish version
when trying to redeploy, it gave me error saying it cannot because there was an unnamed language.
i removed the unnamed language. the english text disappeared but the structure remained. i cannot access form builder. i can preview from the main page but no access to form builder. when previewing, i can see the structure in english but no text. when i switch to spanish, i see the full survey correctly.
Clone steps:
i cloned an older version (v15) and deployed. same error. i cant recall if it was at origin or after but in a deployment or redeployment, i notice same issue with unnamed language.
i remove the spanish language but issue persisted with unnamed language so i deleted the clone
i did a new clone with same v15. this time i immediately removed the spanish language version before deploying. So far this is working.
conclusion, i really need both to be on one form or else we wont benefit from the data summaries and reports. english and spanish
if at all possible, could you reset the survey called “National Commuters’ Survey of Public Transit Users in Belize” to v15. that would be great. thank you.

i sent the private message but have not heard back from you. i have had to split the survey into two: an english and a spanish version which is not ideal because the data report at the end will be split. i won’t benefit from your awesome report format and graphs. i am also not able to modify the spanish version (this was the original version which experienced the glitch with the english disappearing and only leaving spanish. i am using this for spanish only now and created a clone to use as English). The original english was the default therefore i am not able to access form builder.
Also, i am noticing a glitch in the report table. it is shifting some of the data into two columns e.g. Enumerator ID appears twice: first in a column near the beginning and one in a column all the way at the end. not sure why the data is split. I am hoping you can assist me.
