FINCA International is searching for a consultant with experience designing and modifying .xls/.xml forms for use in a household poverty assessment survey. A standard base survey was completed and country-specific versions were created for FINCA’s subsidiaries that were implemented in 2013.
In 2014 the questionnaires must be updated to remove or modify questions to reduce the interview duration and to improve the data quality. FINCA will provide specific guidance on the questions to be eliminated or modified.
Forms are prepared in English and local language in Excel then converted to .xml and will be provided to the consultant for modification. Knowledge of one or more operating languages (particularly Spanish or Russian) is preferred, but not required.
Work will commence in mid April and should be completed by mid June. Work may be conducted remotely.
