Nested repeat groups not working in KoboCollect but do work in Enketo web form

Hi,
I have a nested repeat group within another repeat group in my form. It seems to work fine online through KoboToolbox (Enketo web form), but not on the KoboCollect app. Can anybody help? I don’t seem to be able to upload my workbook here but will do so if granted permission.
