New projects page differs to the Legacy project page

I have been using the legacy project page. When I look in the new version some of my projects are not listed. Why is this? Ways around? - as I would like change over to the new version.

Hi Mark, the reason is that projects you upload in the “legacy” interface, kobocat, are not going to show up in the new interface, the formbuilder/kpi. They will only show up when they were created there.
You can sync them however, using this command in the shell: python manage.py sync_kobocat_xforms

You have to run this command from the project folder of kpi, e.g. from within the kpi Docker container if you use Docker.

Hope this helps!

Hi Jesaje,

I’m facing a similar challenge. I would like to move one of my projects from Legacy to the new interface, however I’ve never used Docker. Do I need to install it or something?

Thanks

Hi @lalapm
Could you check and see if your issue is solved by the discussions that happened here?
Stephane

Thanks for the lead. However I still am not able to access the project. It keeps on dis[playing the “loading” text in the new interface but doesn’t show anything else. I’m not sure what the issue is now

Hi
Could you send me a link to your project on private message

Regards,
Stephane
