I am having an issue when sharing a link, I received an error “Not Shared” even though my setting for that specific project is set to be public for both project and data

Welcome to the community! Seems like you are still using the projects (legacy) for sharing your forms and data. We would advise you to use the KoBoToolbox UI for the same as shown in the image below:
