I have an installation of enketo connected to aggregate and functioning well. BUT the menu (normally on top-left) which shows forms filled, offline/online etc is not present.
Yet, the config for enable offline mode is set to true. Please help.

Could you send a screenshot or photo of what you’re seeing? Did you try refreshing the page?
Which browser and device operating system/version are you using?

Hi David,
If I read your screenshot correctly you’re using the online-only form of your form. The ending of the URL is /::ABCD, whereas the offline-enabled form ends in /_/#ABCD. The offline link is the one provided by default by the tool, so someone must have manually changed the URL to get the online-only link…

Very helpful. I can now access the online form by changing the URL. This will do for now.
I will have to figure out how to enable “offline-mode” on the enketo installation later.
